Crafted by Taiwanese tea master Chen, Ruby Nocturne undergoes a longer oxidation process to develop greater depth and balance in the cup. Rather than focusing solely on aroma, the careful processing brings out a naturally sweet, full-bodied and smooth character. Layers of ripe fruit, honey, and warm cinnamon-like spice unfold in the cup, followed by a gentle roasted note and a subtle minty coolness that lingers on the finish.
